How to Claim Any Bonus
Claiming follows the same steps for the welcome package and the ongoing offers. Deposits start at 30 AUD, the same as our standard minimum deposit, and bonuses land in your account once the deposit clears.
- 1. Create your account at fatfruit-aud.com
- 2. Verify your email address
- 3. Deposit 30 AUD or more using PayID, card, e-wallet or crypto
- 4. Open the bonus from your account promotions tab
- 5. Play through the 40x wagering within the stated validity window
- 6. Withdraw once wagering is complete and KYC is verified
How Wagering Actually Works
Wagering means you bet the bonus amount a set number of times before withdrawal. Our requirement is 40x the bonus, not the deposit plus bonus. Take a 100 AUD bonus: 40 x 100 = 4,000 AUD in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Your deposit itself stays withdrawable, only the bonus and winnings from it are locked until the requirement is met. Bets on different games clear the requirement at different rates, which we cover in the terms section below.
Bonus Terms You Should Know
These are the restrictions we enforce on bonus funds. Read them before you opt in, because breaching a term can void the bonus and any winnings tied to it. If anything is unclear, our live chat runs 24/7 and [email protected] answers within the day.
- Bonus validity: 14 days from activation
- Maximum win from the welcome bonus: 15,000 AUD
- Wagering: 40x the bonus amount
- Maximum bet with active bonus funds applies, check the bonus terms tab for the current cap
- Excluded games and reduced contribution rates are listed in each bonus's terms
- One welcome package per player, household and IP address
- KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal, processing takes up to 48 hours
Promo Codes at Fatfruit
No promo code is required for the welcome package or the standard ongoing offers listed above. Every bonus activates through the promotions tab once your qualifying deposit clears. If we run a limited-time campaign that needs a code, we publish it in the promotions lobby and send it by email to subscribed accounts. Codes that appear on third-party sites are not ours, we only honour codes distributed through our own channels.
